If your child currently attends NOLA Public Schools and you have a concern or complaint about his/her school, or you are a community member with a concern, district staff are here to help.
We believe student and parent concerns regarding any school-related matter are best addressed and resolved at the school level first. Every school has a process for receiving and responding to parent concerns, detailed in your handbook and/or available on your school’s website.
If there is a concern related to student rights and/or that the school may not be following law or policy, the district will directly engage to understand the matter and hold schools accountable where appropriate.
